Given the South Side Bank, the challenge was to utilize the existing structure with an addition to house supplemental and main program features.  The neighborhood youth have no means of learning how to cook and emerging professionals in the culinary industry have no resource to start their own business.  This incubator houses not only community kitchens for the neighborhood to learn fundamentals of cooking, it also contains apartment spaces adjacent to rental kitchen/dining spaces for professional chefs.
